What is a TWU NetID?
Your TWU NetID is the username and password you use to access all TWU electronic resources that currently use our central authentication system, which includes all TWU-owned computers, MyPortal, Email/Office 365, Sakai, Galaxy Digital, and other services.

How do I obtain a TWU NetID?
You will set up your TWU NetID upon your first login to your TWU email with the temporary password supplied by the TWU IT Department, at which time you will be asked to reset your password and set up password recovery options. For incoming students, this notification will be provided upon registration/orientation to the university. For new employees, this will be provided to your personal email address once we have your completed employment paperwork from HR.
